On April 1st, Rep. Howard held a Town Hall Meeting in House District 48. She provided an update on the legislative session, and took questions from the audience.

This week's Capitol update discusses Rep. Howard's HB 941, which would establish a pilot program to distribute Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptives in public schools. Governor to implement a private school voucher program which would divert money away from public education.
