On April 1st, Rep. Howard held a Town Hall Meeting in House District 48. She provided an update on the legislative session, and took questions from the audience. The topics of discussion were wide-ranging, and included school finance, truth in taxation, women's health, immunization policy, local control, and direct sale of automobiles.
