This week's Capitol update discusses Rep. Howard's HB 941, which would establish a pilot program to distribute Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptives in public schools. Also mentioned are the upcoming State of the State address, Muslim Day at the Capitol on that same date, and a potential avenue for the Lt. Governor to implement a private school voucher program which would divert money away from public education.
